Originally conceived by the now deceased Ill Comp William Frank Brown PAGDC Deputy DGM, the William Wilberforce Council 334 was consecrated at Trinity Lane, Beverley on Tuesday 31st January 2017. The Consecrating Officer was M Ill Comp Kessick John Jones GM and the Installing Officer was R Ill Comp Neil Thomas Woodward DGM.
