At the regular meeting of Midlesburg 221 on Monday 24th June at Roman Road Masonic Hall in Middlesbrough, Ill Comp Geoff Mankin PGCondC DistGPCW, presented the Council with a new TIM Apron and Collar in memory of our recently deceased Ill Comp Wilfred Lynn Elliott.
