The AGM for the District Grand Council of Somerset & Wiltshire will be held at The Masonic Hall, The Crescent, Taunton. TA1 4EB on Saturday the 18th of November 2023 at 11:00hrs, followed by lunch at 13:00hrs. Companions to be seated in the Temple by 10:45hrs.
The cost of lunch for Companions wishing to attend the meeting is £22.00 per head, inclusive of wine/soft drinks.
Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits will be available from 09:30hrs and the menu is: Smoked Salmon with Cumber and Dill Mayonnaise, Roast Pork Loin with Apple Sauce and Stuffing, Bread and Butter Pudding with Custard and Sharing Cheeseboard Platter.
Cloing date is beefore Monday the 6th of November 2022.
Car parking at Taunton is available at the High Street Car Park TA1 3NX a ten-minute walk from the Temple. Short stay parking (maximum of three hours) is available at the Crescent Car Park, behind the Temple, TA1 4ED for those not staying to lunch.
