The meeting will be held at the Mount Edgcumbe Masonic Hall, Citadel Road, PLYMOUTH PL1 2NG on Saturday 9th July 2016 commencing at 1115hrs.
Tea and coffee will be available from 1000hrs and lunch will be at about 1300hrs. The cost for lunch is £18.00 and the menu is Mackerel starter, Mixed Meats Salad, Strawberries with Clotted Cream.
On the Friday, prior to the District Meeting, the Derek Mortimore Council 301 (IM) will meet with Sir Francis Drake Council 48 at 1700hrs. 48 will conduct a SEM and 301 will confer the Silver Trowel.
