As you are aware, we decided to hold our District meeting in March of next year. However, as with all new events, other members and neighbouring Districts have contacted us about clashes with other Orders in their areas which would impact on the attendance at our meeting.
Being new, and not wanting to alienate any keen member that may be wanting to attend and be forced to make a choice, we have decided that we should move the meeting date once again. We know that it must clash with something but we have tried our best to please all parties which is not easy.
The venues is unchanged at Beverley Road, Hull but the date is now Saturday 6th June 2015 at 1100hrs.
Full details will be issued nearer the date and we hope for a good turnout for our first meeting.
